May 11 – 15, 2020
Location: Brevard, NC
Instructors: Janet Garrity Saucier and Les Saucier
Limit: 10 participants.
Expand your way of seeing the world through the lens of your camera. Join Janet and Les Saucier to explore the concepts of the art of seeing.
During this workshop, you can learn how to become a better visual artist. Janet and Les will share with you how to see beyond the labels and practice the art of seeing, which directly lends itself to creating beautiful images, whether landscapes, nature, macro, abstracts or street photography. Participants will study how the camera sees, how the viewer sees, and how graphic design elements - such as shape, line, color, motion, texture - impact the "feeling" of your images..
The highlights of every one of Janet and Les's workshops are the critiques of participants' work. You'll learn more about your unique vision and creative processing during the two critiques included in this workshop than in any other part of the workshop. Critiques are so important that Les and Janet never teach a workshop without participants' photo critiques.
Expand your vision. Join Les and Janet for their "Spring Art of Seeing" in Brevard, NC in May.
